You dont need a reservation its first come first served. But I think they may accept reservations for large parties.
+ Fast service+ Great selection of appetizers+ Unlimited sushi and steak/seafood- Miso soup - Limited street parking
One of my favorite places for lunch/dinner! Take it from me: Try the Crazy Monkey Roll! It's so good.
Service is kinda slow when it's not really busy. Food is bland and contains pieces of plastic.
This was my first time going and my wife and daughter really loves this place. Upon walking in we ran into my wife's cousin who said she hasn't been there in over a year because they fell off. I went in with somewhat high expectations because my wife and daughter like myself loves good food and has very good taste. Once inside the service was slow and I wasn't impressed by the food. Even my wife was disappointed at the food and vowed to never come back, however she said she would take our daughter since she absolutely loves the place.
I feel bad for giving this place three starts because the food was amazing. The sushi had all the right sauces, the menu was detailed and told you all about the food, and the squid and octopus was not tough. The building is beautiful. BUT this place is expensive. Like Really Expensive. 100 dollars for four people. If it was cheaper I 100% would come here again.
Super good place ...Im pretty new in the sushi world😁Reour waitress was so kind and recommended to try different sushi...every single one recommended were deliciousThanks Rea to make our dinner so nice
Went here dor a late birthday dinner with my boyfriend he took me and i was very pleased to try there queen sushie it was soooooooo yummy and he lived the crazy monkey one said it was amazing.
Great sushi and service. There was a bit of a wait for our food even though it wasn't busy but overall great food and great host
Has a nice salad bar and what I ordered was good I just wish there was a Sashimi option.
One of our favorite places. Clean waitresses are amazing and food is always excellent
Yesterday I went with my cousin to this location and found something and my food. It was a roach in it and I was not pleased with the idea of the management tried to keep us quiet with just 50 percent off my food. The restaurant should have gave both of us free food and a coupon with meals free next time. I will not go to this location ever again.
We were seated quickly and the hostess was nice enough. Our server, Ben, took our order quickly and gave us lots of suggestions. We loved everything and had a great time! We will definitely be back!
We ate ourselves into a Food Coma. Recommend: Dynamite, Volcano, Chesapeake Sushi rolls. But its all Great 🍱🍜
There's food for everyone. I go with my partner here and there and I manage to have a good meal all the time. If you're not much of a sushi/roll person or you want to try some, I reccomend Volcano Rolls
Great food. Very quick in and out for lunch
I will never eat from this location ever again the rolls was put together sloppy an the food was cold go to the one in Newport news on jefferson they are way better an nice
The food was fresh and the lunch selection was nice. I didn't like the idea that if I didn't like something and left it I would be charged extra--I felt that discouraged trying new foods; perhaps this is a VA vs CA cultural difference, however, I do understand waste. I would return, perhaps trying dinner next time. They're closed from 330-5/530pm, so plan accordingly.
My first visit there a few months earlier went well. I enjoyed my food choices. Took my spouse there for Valentine's Day dinner. Waited 30+ to be seated. Waited 10+ to have our order taken, and waited 1 hr.+ but no food arrived. Others patrons came in a received their food before my table. Spouse complained and we found out that waited had not placed the order. Received a 30% discount on bill. Food was subpar. Wasn't worth the wait. My 1st experience there was much better than today.
Then I was I this place lamp make noises and that was uncomfortable, bufet is Soo small, NO WIFI, hurlt food is taste good
While visiting Hampton, VA we stopped in here for the lunch "all you can eat". Our server Tommy was very attentive and answered all of our questions regarding the menu. It is an All you can eat menu that is sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Unlike traditionally buffets, you order off The menu and the bring you the food. The food was delicious and the service was superb. For 12.99 the amount of food you get is almost gluttonous lol. Highly recommend!!!
The food tasted good. The waiter kept bringing us food we didn't order 7 times. After paying and leaving we realized they didn't return my credit card And after going home I had diarrhea for the next 6 hours. I won't go back and I don't recommend eating there.
Really really fun experience. All you can eat sushi was a blast and ever roll was delicious. The crazy monkey was the strangest yet still delicious one I tried
First time I ordered the sushi rolls were empty and had only rice in them but I came back today and they were THIIIICK 🤩
I love the quality of the food here! We always have a pleasant experience!
Love this place although during lunch you cannot order from the Sashimi menu. The food while good tastes a bit bland. The service staff are professional, polite and quite attentive.
The food is always fresh and presented with style. $18.99 all you can eat. If you don't eat sushi, go someplace else.
Nice Atmosphere. Buffet has a good variety of flavors. I highly recommend this restaurant.😋
My husband and I went here today on a lunch date had a blast Sabrina was our waitress and she was AWESOME! The only thing that I would ask would be the the salad bar have tags on it because I have a allergy and the one salad had shrimp in it thank God I saw it before I put the fork in my mouth. I Love Volcano rolls OMG.. But the experience was great thanks Sabrina .
It's a great place to eat. They have great service.
Peninsula Town Center location was beautiful. There is AstroTurf that looks like fescue in front of the outdoor patio. The seaweed salad was good at the buffet with the fruitSoft serve ice cream machine was not working and sounds like an enemy of Godzilla emerging when you try to dispense soft serve yum yum!!!The sushi rolls were most excellent Volcano Roll is a must eat
they have roaches. I use to come here all the time but they have gotten comfortable and then the roaches. just shows they are slacking all through not just at the front desk. I get sick just thinking about how often I use to eat there.
All you can eat sushi, hibachi, and more. Expansive menu. Good service. The food is always tastier in more expensive places, but their food is still really good.
Create suchi! If you are hungry and want all you can eat this is the best place in town. If in a group of 6 or more gratuity is already included. If looking for a sweet drink go with the apple sake if you want something with a kick go with the warm sake. White dragon roll, spicy girl roll, and salmon sushi are amazing.
Great entertainment by chefs as they cook on the grill in front of you. Servings are generous.Very attentive servers. If you choose, you may dine away from the grill in the "regular" restaurant area.
our waitress was incredibly friendly and the food was quick. I took away two stars because the hostess was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. When we entered she didn’t even acknowledge me until around five minutes of me standing there. She then told us there would be a wait and when we asked how long she said “i don’t know, a while?” We waited for forty minutes and we were not communicated to whatsoever on what was going on. She also was not taking names of people so did not know who came in first.
Great service!!! The waiter Ben was amazing. He made us laugh the whole time.
Great food, but the lack social distancing was concerning. :(
Paid $6.50 for this. I have never seen a more pathetic, ugly, or stingy sushi roll in all my life. Pretty much only unseasoned rice and cucumber... fish and avocado conspicuously missing. The wasabi was similarly small and of exceedingly poor quality.
The food was very good. They have a large selection and variety of sushi rolls. The waitress i had must have been new. She forget to give me a fork, various sauces, didn't check back after we received our food. We had to go get her several times. That's the only reason for the 3 star rating. Otherwise the food was great and the price was fair. The food seems to all be cooked as you order it.
I really really enjoyed my visit here. This was my first time dining here and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. They bring the food out to you cooked fresh. It's all you can eat, so you're able to order however many dishes you're able to handle. While I didn't enjoy everything I tried, it wasn't because of quality. It was because of palette.
The food and the service was great. I will be going back. Would recommend you go here.
Awesome place. Been there about 5 times, food is great. Only complaint is the hostess has always sucked every time I've gone and they never have enough servers. There's usually a wait and u can see open tables. Can't make reservations unless ur a large group also
Plenty of room, all you can eat style fresh made to order food. Sushi rolls were great. Ben was a great server and took great care of us. Try the crazy monkey roll, trust me.
Was really good. If you're looking for $$$$ sushi, this isn't the place. Nice atmosphere and a pretty good selection. It's all you can eat too.
My girlfriend and I eat here fairly often. The service we get is typically really good. The sushi is precisely what you would expect for an all you can eat sushi restaurant. The special/signature rolls are delicious and very well plated. The normal rolls are nothing special in terms of what they are. You get precisely what you expect. We often get the hibachi meals as well as sushi, and, barring one time where the hibachi steak came out cold, those are of good quality as well. Every once in a while, however, it takes a bit for the server to get back to our table, so I suggest making sure that you order enough to pass a little time between the staff visits, just in case.
Delicious food. Little busy since they're still opening back up but they did great.
Service can be slow because they stay busy. Especially at lunchtime. Other than that, the food is very good! Update: I have to lower the rating because of today's experience. Service wasn't as slow as usual even with a big party in the restaurant. However, when I was eating my dragon roll, there were two pieces of plastic in the roll. I asked for a manager and my server came to the table saying she was the manager. She gave me $2 off my lunch meal.... Well I'm not coming back to this location until I feel comfortable enough to eat their food without worry about eating plastic.
I have never liked sushi but this place and the one in Hampton are DELICIOUS! I’m not a raw food girl so my faves are shrimp tempura roll Ann King roll😍
